Access to and use of our website www.pva.vet (the “Website”) is provided by the PVA and we respect the privacy of our website users (“you”, “your”). This privacy policy describes how we collect information when you visit our Website, what we do with this information, and what controls you have over your personal information.

Personal information provided by you
If you are purchasing membership or other items from us, we will usually collect basic personal information from you. This may include your: name; phone number; email address; mailing address; PVA membership category; RCVS registration number if you are a veterinary surgeon or veterinary nurse, or equivalent evidence of your status as a veterinary surgeon or veterinary nurse; evidence of student course enrolment if you are a student; username; password; billing address; debit/credit card number; the expiry date and security code of your debit or credit card; and other similar information.

If you have professional membership of the PVA, we may collect data from you regarding your animal welfare-related concerns.
